Councils with running costs less than £25,000 do not require Audit, but are examined by an Internal Auditor. AGAR include Exemption Certificate, Internal Auditor Report, Governance Report, Accounting Statement; Variance Statement, Budget, Asset Register. Final Account & Public Rights.
